This Privacy Policy explains how Glow Lab Protocols (“Glow Lab Protocols”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit glps.shop or glowglps.com, create an account, or place an order with us. By using our websites you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Privacy at a glance

  • We collect only what we need to take, ship and support your order.
  • We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
  • We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments happen in your payment app.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, at any time, for free.
  • Order emails always arrive. Follow-up and sales emails can be stopped whenever you like.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and the details of the products you order. If you create an account, we also store your password in scrambled (hashed) form, which no one at Glow Lab Protocols can read, your order history and your Glow Loyalty points balance.

Payment information. Payments are made outside our websites through Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. We record which payment method you chose and any payment screenshot or reference you send us, solely so we can match your payment to your order. We do not receive or store card numbers, bank account numbers or payment-app login details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the websites secure and working properly.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information only to:

  • process, confirm, ship and support your orders;
  • match payments to orders and prevent fraud or duplicate charges;
  • provide your account and the Glow Loyalty program;
  • respond to your questions and requests;
  • send the emails described in Section 5; and
  • meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only the information each one needs:

  • Kinsta, which hosts our store and its database;
  • DreamHost, which sends our emails;
  • ShipStation and the shipping carriers, which receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order;
  • Wallet Up, which displays the payment options at checkout; and
  • GoAffPro, which records affiliate referrals if you arrived through an affiliate link.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

4. Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep items in your cart and keep you signed in to your account. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a cookie records the referral so the affiliate can be credited. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.

5. Emails we send

When you place an order, we send emails about that order, such as confirmations, payment and shipping updates. After an order is completed we may also send two short follow-ups: a request to review your purchase and one refill reminder. You can stop these follow-ups at any time by replying to any of our emails and asking us to stop. We send sales and restock news only to people who have asked to receive it.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as required by our tax and record-keeping obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete the information we are not required to keep and tell you what remains and why.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you follow-up emails. Please contact us using the details in Section 13 and include the email address you ordered with so we can locate your records. We will not charge you for making a request or treat you differently for making one. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them as required.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to our websites and restricted access to order records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so our websites do not currently change their behavior when they receive one. We do not track you across other companies’ websites.

10. Where we operate

We sell and ship to customers in the United States only. Our websites are operated from the United States, and the information described in this policy is processed there.

11. Children

Our websites are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
