Order and payment questions
We take payment by Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle. Your order number and full payment instructions appear on screen after checkout and in your confirmation email. If a payment did not go through, or you sent the wrong amount, email us — we will sort it out.
Business hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Orders are packed on weekends too, but email replies may wait until the next business day.
