Description
β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a redox coenzyme central to cellular energy metabolism and a substrate for sirtuins, PARPs, and CD38. Because NAD+ declines with age, raising its availability is studied for effects on sirtuin signaling, DNA-repair enzyme activity, and mitochondrial function.

Reconstitution: Add 5 mL BAC water → 100 mg/mL (100 mg = 100 units). A gentler prep: 10 mL → 50 mg/mL. Concentrated NAD+ is acidic and often diluted further.
Research dosing reference (reported in research, not usage instructions): Reported in research: a human PK study used 750 mg IV infused slowly over ~6 hours (Grant et al., 2019). Rapid concentrated administration is reported as poorly tolerated.
